Project Overview
The annual luncheon is Seattle Girls’ School’s largest fundraising event of the year, bringing together donors, families, alumni, and community partners. The goal of this project was to design a comprehensive collateral suite that elevated the event experience, reinforced the school’s mission, and supported fundraising goals across pre-event, day-of, and post-event touchpoints.
Challenge
As a high-stakes fundraising moment, the luncheon required materials that felt cohesive, polished, and emotionally resonant. The collateral needed to communicate impact clearly, guide attendees smoothly through the event, and maintain brand consistency across a wide range of formats—both print and digital—while appealing to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
